Set on the shores of scenic Green Lake with commanding views of Whistler and Blackcomb, this full exterior renovation redefined a classic lakeside property with a bold, architectural edge.

The transformation began with full demolition of dated exterior elements and culminated in the installation of low-profile, James Hardie Bond Black paneling—delivering a sharp, contemporary silhouette. The original stone facade was selectively retained to provide grounding texture and contrast.

Key structural modifications included reshaping the main entry stairs from arched to linear for a cleaner, more modern profile. The original pergola was removed and replaced with a reimagined overhang, enhancing both form and functionality.
