Living, Kitchen, Bed & Bath Re-Design
Designed in collaboration between contractor and client, this full gut renovation transformed a dated 1989 four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo into a warm, modern mountain retreat.
The original interiors—marked by green carpets, burgundy kitchen cabinets, pink tile, gold-accented showers, and stippled ceilings—were fully stripped and reimagined. The result is a cohesive, elevated living space that blends natural textures with contemporary comfort.
New alder wood accent ceilings add warmth and architectural interest throughout the main living areas. Heated oak hardwood flooring was installed in the kitchen, paired with custom modern cabinetry and updated lighting for a clean, functional space. The rest of the home features all-new carpeting, fresh paint, and a fully curated furniture package to complement the updated design.
Each bathroom was completely renovated with new deep soaker tubs, modern vanities and stone tops, updated tile surrounds, and in-floor heating for added comfort. Contemporary lighting fixtures and hardware were installed throughout to unify the design.
All work was completed with building and plumbing permits in place, ensuring full compliance with structural and mechanical standards.
